Considering Homeschooling with Verity Academy East bay? Join us for our Info Night and see if we might be a good fit for your family. Moms and Dads are encouraged to attend together but since this is a parents only event, please make childcare arrangements for your children.
Verity Academy East Bay is a PSP and a support group for private, Christian families homeschooling in the East Bay. All families enrolled in VAEB plan, fund, manage and document their children's education in accordance with the State of California. Families enrolled in our PSP (Private School Satellite Program) are included on our affidavit filed with the state and must submit certain records that we require. This is a great option if you would like extra help with planning and documentation, transcripts for high school, and accountability. Families can also choose to join as partnered members. Partnered members enjoy access to all the same activities and events but file their own affidavit with the state and keep their own records. Junior Partnered members are families whose oldest child will be in kindergarten or younger. This option is designed for families who are homeschooling preschool or know they will consider homeschooling when the time comes. Choose the membership type that best fits your family.
Attending our Info Night is the best way to ask questions about homeschooling with us, meet our board members and other parents, and see how we can equip your family to thrive as homeschoolers who love Jesus.
You can expect to hear about Verity's vision for private Christian homeschooling, our paperwork process, and our volunteer force for planning events & activities. We are an active and vibrant community that loves the privilege of teaching our children at home and training them to live for the Lord. We have something special and we hope you will want to be a part of it!
