Registration Fees 2022-2023

 

Registration is per family, for the academic year.

1. Deposit - $75

· Non-refundable

· Payable by check or by PayPal

· Checks payable to “Verity Academy East Bay”

· Full Member (teaching 1-3 students in 1st-12th grade)

· For each additional student beyond 3

3. Graduates: (If you will have an 8th or 12th grade graduate in 2023)

· 8th grade graduate-- Add $50

· 12th grade graduate-Add $100

 

*Membership Fees, including graduation fees, are due by Friday, August 26, 2022. For returning members, in order to avoid additional fees, you must update your profile and pay the $75 deposit on or before July 17, 2022. You will receive an invoice and will be able to pay the deposit on the website.

Current Verity Academy families who refer new families that enroll this year will receive a $25 referral discount (limit one referral discount per family per school year).

 

Additional Fees for each family:

· HSLDA membership

· Purchasing your selected curriculum for each of your children

· Background check- $25 each

Verity Academy East Bay requires a background check at registration for the husband and wife of all new member families. Additionally, any adults (including adult children) who will be at the home during official Verity Academy events must also pass a background check. Verity-enrolled students who turn 18 during the school year are exempt. (Additional adults may be authorized as needed but background checks for the husband and wife are required at the time of registration.) Members will pay a $25 fee to cover the cost, which is nonrefundable. This background check will remain valid for a period of 4 years, at which time it must be repeated. 

 

Other fees each family may incur:

· Yearbook

· Late fees if paperwork is submitted late

· Transferring student CUM files when mailed mid-year

· Some optional classes

· Some optional field trips

· Late Fee of $20/week for balances greater than 7 days past due

 

All Registration Fees are non-refundable after application has been accepted and processed.
